Dr. Linda Sinnott is what happens when science meets soul. With over 20 years as a licensed therapist, she has built a career as beautifully diverse as the people she serves — developing programs for Military One Source, writing curriculum for ADHD, and specializing in eating disorder recovery.

A breathwork expert, Dr. Linda uses the power of the breath to help women access healing that talk therapy alone can't always reach. When she's not in a therapy room, she's shaping the next generation of mental health professionals as a college professor — bringing the same depth and passion to the classroom that she brings to every client.

She is also the founder of Badi Bath Labs, where her scientific mind and passion for whole-body wellness collide in the most unexpected and brilliant way.
