Jac Kalaher is a faith-centered entrepreneur, NLP certified coach, keynote speaker, and marketing strategist with over 25 years of experience helping women build businesses that matter.
3 Brands: One Mission
In 2014, while most marketers were still relying on traditional approaches, Jac was pioneering social selling strategies that would later become industry standards. That forward-thinking instinct — the ability to see what's coming before it arrives — has been the hallmark of everything she builds.
As a military spouse to her husband Bri and homeschool mother of four boys, Jac knows firsthand what it means to build something meaningful amid constant change. Frequent relocations, solo parenting through deployments, and rebuilding community from scratch taught her the kind of resilience, adaptability, and resourcefulness that no business school can replicate — and that she now pours directly into her clients.
She is the founder of three mission-driven brands:
The Mission Social — a social media marketing agency founded in 2014, serving small businesses and entrepreneurs across Northeast Florida with cutting-edge digital strategy.
Intentionelle Impact — a faith-based coaching practice that combines NLP science with biblical truth to help purpose-driven women step into clarity, confidence, and calling.
St. Johns BFF — Business. Faith. Friendship. — a women's business community that grew from five women around a kitchen table to over 10,000 members strong, transforming how women entrepreneurs collaborate and grow across Northeast Florida.
She is also in the process of writing her book "I'm Undone", co-host of the podcast Holy & Unhinged, and a woman who has rebuilt her life more times than she can count — and found God faithful every single time.
Her coaching philosophy is rooted in The Awakening Blueprint, a five-stage framework that moves women from feeling stuck and scattered to walking fully in their purpose — spirit, mind, and strategy aligned.
Jac doesn't coach from the highlight reel. She coaches from the hard chapters — the seasons of uncertainty, reinvention, and radical faith that taught her everything she now pours into her clients and community.
Her mission goes beyond business. As a mother raising four boys, she is building a legacy — one that proves you can lead with faith, serve with purpose, and still build something extraordinary.
